  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Personalized items, perishable goods or digital content are excluded from the right of return.

This is how a return works:

  1. Send an email to support@routinefashions.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will review your request and send you the return instructions.

  3. The item must be returned within 14 days of approval.

  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

🚫 Items excluded from exchange or return

The following items are excluded from exchange or return:

  • Reduced or clearance items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Opened cosmetics or underwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Digital products or subscription services

🔄 Exchange

Need a different size, color or model? No problem!

  • Write to us at support@routinefashions.com to check availability and receive exchange instructions.

  • The original item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer.

❗ Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to support@routinefashions.com with your order number, a brief description and photos of the damage.

  • We offer you a free replacement or full refund.

⏳ Rückerstattungsdauer

Nach Genehmigung der Rückerstattung:
