1. Delivery areas

We deliver within Germany as standard. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us in advance by email at support@routinefashions.com so that we can check the shipping options individually.

2. Delivery times

The delivery time within Germany is usually 2 to 5 working days.
For custom or personalized products, delivery may take longer – please refer to the relevant product page for more information.
Note: There is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping service provider

We work together with reliable logistics partners such as DHL, Hermes or DPD. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (if available).

4. Shipment tracking

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link so that you can view the delivery status at any time.

5. Pick-up on site

Self-collection on site is currently not possible, as we deliver exclusively via shipping service providers.

6. Transport damage

Please check your package immediately upon receipt.
If the goods are visibly damaged, please have the delivery person confirm this in writing and contact us immediately at support@routinefashions.com.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
